EDGE is already open. There is no longer a choice between submitting a new EDG/PSG/MRA application and waiting for EDGE. Choose the current activity that fits your project, then check the timing requirements before starting.
If your project is ready
Scope the project before committing. EDGE does not support retrospective applications: do not start work or make a payment or deposit before submitting. Submission is not approval; confirm the activity rules and project qualifying period before proceeding.
Ask for a written scope and fee breakdown, identify the right activity, and check applicant and vendor requirements. Your authorised company users submit the application. A complete scope helps assessment; it does not guarantee funding or a processing date.
If the project is not ready
Use the preparation period to define the business problem, who will implement the changes, the deliverables and how success will be measured. Avoid buying a tool first and trying to fit a grant around the purchase afterwards.
If you already submitted under the old grants
EDG, PSG and MRA closed to new applications on 29 September 2026. New applications use EDGE from 30 September. Existing submissions and projects continue under their applicable terms.
Follow your existing submission or award terms, including project dates and claim deadlines. Do not cancel or replace an existing application on the assumption that EDGE will fund more; clarify your specific case with Enterprise Singapore first.
Does waiting mean more funding?
EDGE support depends on the activity: generally up to 50% for SMEs and 30% for non-SMEs, with higher limits for eligible internationalisation and sustainability activities. Check the selected activity and written approval before budgeting for a grant.
The relevant comparison is the approved support for the actual project, your cash-flow needs and the business cost of delay. No future increase or approval is promised.
Who makes the application?
Advanced Consultancy supports project scoping and documentation. Your company submits and manages the application through its authorised Corppass users; a consultant cannot submit it for you.
